Job Security !! A Myth ??

Hey,

What is the meaning of a Secured JOB, I feel it is the Allotment of Assignment with Responsibility and commitment and have to be completed in a Time Frame. Status of which need to be reported to the People who are hiring you. Is it ever secured I think its a relative term in a way.

Assurance (or lack of it) that an employee has about the continuity of gainful employment for his or her work life. Job security usually arises from the terms of the contract of employment, collective bargaining agreement, or labor legislation that prevents arbitrary termination, layoffs, and lockouts. It may also be affected by general economic conditions. 

 It depends on lot of other variables which governs the economic conditions, Political and Natural of course! 

  

Its always better to have a alternate source of income in place along with your job as nothing on this earth is Secured. The existence of the Planet earth itself is not secured and that is the reason why Human Brain and Intelligence is searching for the alternate Place in this Galaxy called Milky Way.. Otherwise it was not required. 

Big Business Tycoons understands that there in no security of any kind then what is it that the workforce is talking about ?   

Even people who are in employment save certain amount for future why is that because there is a slight doubt about uncertainty in future. Instead why not to start a alternative source of income which will give me a peace of mind as far as the earnings are concerned. And it can be achieved by a Internet Business which is very easy to take command of by investing 2-3 hrs everyday.
